My rear upvc door lock would not work so I took all the screws out I can see and well it just all fell apart big mistake.
Called neil he came over to take a look just a pile of parts on the floor.
He did smile then started to re assemble all the bits and fitted new parts that was needed.
Great job very friendly chap got it all sorted for me.

Called this locksmith and very surprised as he was really helpful we have just moved in to our new home in Abingdon so a list of to do things is never-ending good advice on repair work for our patio doors upgraded all the locks new locks to garage door and will have him return for more work. Called the locksmith as wanted someone local he was very helpful and came out to see me talked through everything before he started the work explained what has failed in the door and that he can fix it he had all the parts so he did a great job and very tidy work cleaned everything up nice friendly chap would recommend him if you ever need a locksmith

Called keyhand yesterday and very helpful response came out within an hour fantastic. But had a problem as the door was old and the locks had been discontinued but Neil was great he found a way to install a complete new system that I was very happy with.

Finalized and picked up our keys to our new home in Oxford. Very late to complete in December but called Neil from Key Hand he was very helpful as so much was to be done before we can move in. Christmas dead line but Neil took it all on and completed all the work and to a very high standard he even did odd jobs around the home for us and took a lot of the stress away. Installed all coded locks he even made a gate and put a special lock on that as well. Fantastic job we will be asking him to return soon as he can help with more security to the property.
Would recommend as he really does his best and gives good advice.

Contacted Neil last week regarding insurance for my property as not clear what I need for my insurance. Very helpful Neil carried out a full security survey and talked us through the improvements that we can make and the correct locks to comply with our insurance demands.
